Most entities in the municipality have, to a greater or lesser degree, a need to procure food and drink products. The need varies from small units, where the need is limited and the extent procured is small, to large operation kitchens that produce meals for nursing homes in the municipality and who have, therefore, an enormous consumption compared with the other entities. 2 parallel contracts shall be signed based on the above and this competition. These contracts will have an estimated total value of approx. 80 000 000 NOK per annum. One contract will be for institutional households and the other will be for minor households and their consumption. The contract will only include groceries for institutional households (not fresh fruit and vegetables, dairy products and fresh products such as bread, fish and meat), whilst the contract for smaller households will be for a total supplier and will include both groceries, dairy products and fruit and vegetables (fresh meat, fish and bread are not included).

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
Documentation:
— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
— Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
The Contracting Authority will require that the selected tenderer delivers a tax certificate for VAT and a tax certificate for tax.
— The tax certificate must not be older than 6 months old at the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition or a tender.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract. The contracting authority will assess turnover, annual results, as well as key figures in the balance sheet.
Documentation:
— The company's last Annual Financial Statements including notes, the Board's Annual Report and Audit Report, as well as recent information of relevance to the company's fiscal figures.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain credit ratings on its own initiative.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have experience from relevant/equivalent deliveries. This means deliveries that can be compared with the extent and content of the deliveries in this contract.
Documentation:
— A short description of the most important deliveries in the last three years, including information on the contract's value, delivery date, number of delivery places, the percentage of any organic/fairtrade certified products and the name of the Contracting Authority.

A quality assurance system is required that ensure that the tenderer is suitable to fulfil the contractual obligations for social requirements (see contract section 6.8). This means that the tenderer has methods for managing the supplier chain and tracking systems that enable follow-up of compliance with:
