Framework agreement for film production
Norad – Direktoratet for utviklingssamarbeid
Norad shall enter into one framework agreement for the purchase of services for film production. Norad produces a series of films every year for use in media, social media, websites and conferences. The contract has a duration of 1 year with option to extend the duration of the agreement with 3 x 1 years. The maximum duration of the framework agreement is a total of 4 years.

The framework agreement will cover Norad's need for consultancy services for the production of films. The aim of the films is to increase knowledge about modern development assistance, the results of Norwegian development assistance and the UN's sustainability goals. The scope of the agreement is estimated to be up to NOK 800 000, — ex. VAT per year. There will be about 2-4 film travels per year, with production of at least 2 films per travel. A person from Norad's communications department will travel together with and work in team with the consultant at the travel. Working language is Norwegian. The procurement is incorrectly announced as an open tender competition subject to part I and III of the Regulation on public procurement.
The procurement of these specific services is subject to part I and II in the Norwegian Regulation on public procurement and is therefore cancelled.
The competition will be announced again in Norway in accordance with the Norwegian Regulation part I and II after the necessary amendments are made in the tender documents.
