Framework Agreement for electrician services

The primary objective of this agreement is to enter into a Framework Agreement for the delivery of electrician services to small investment projects and general operational assignments. The agreement also concerns fire control and electrical control.
We have assess the value of this purchase over a four year period of approx. 6 000 000 NOK — It is important to note the quantity of this agreement will vary depending on the level of activity in the period. The value of the agreement is estimated, and it is difficult to provide an exact amount.
Large construction projects will be published as turnkey contracts or individual tenders.
3 tenderers will be selected for this Framework Agreement.
Nº 1 will be the primary service provider;
Nº 2 and Nº 3 will be contacted if Nº 1 does not have the capacity to take on the assignment.
For smaller investments, the three service providers will be invited to participate in mini competitions, where the 1 who has the best tender offer will be chosen to be the service provider for the relevant competition. Only the selected tenderers will be invited to participate.

Tenderers shall be a legally established company.

Experience from equivalent assignments.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have met their obligations with regard to the payment of tax and VAT.

The tenderer must have the financial capacity to carry out the assignment / contract.

The tenderer shall be creditworthy.

Liability insurance:

Wages: the Tenderer shall ensure that their own organisation does not have wages and working conditions less than in accordance with the at all times applicable tariff agreement.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Documentation demonstrating that the tenderer is an authorised electrician.

Documentation that the tenderer has central certification.
