A framework agreement shall be signed for the following trade services: Electrical work.
The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure Statsbygg access to qualified resources within electrical work, for planned and acute work that arises from the operation and maintenance of the properties. The framework agreement will apply for the execution of electrical work in accordance with NS3420 and NEK400, with the accompanying services.

The framework agreements will be signed for a period of 2 years with the Statsbygg retaining the right to extend the contracts for a further 1 year, 1 year at a time.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Documentation requirement: Company registration certificate: foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.
Documentation requirement: Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of tenderers. Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) Tenderers must have secure implementation ability and suitable staffing to execute the assignment.
Documentation requirement: Tenderers must document the following in writing:
An overview shall be given of the company’s employees, showing disciplines and competence levels (master certificates /certificates of apprenticeship/apprentices /unskilled workers), as well as an overview of the number carrying out electrical work who have a trade certificate. This overview is to be submitted in an excel tab.

2) Tenderers must have good experience from assignments with a comparative value to this contract, hereunder maintenance and alteration work in buildings that are completely or partially in operation.
Documentation requirement: Overview of up to 5 relevant reference assignments carried out in the last 5 years, with specification of the contracting authority, size of the assignment, contract value and time frame for execution. References must be given, and Statsbygg given permission to contact them.
