There is an increased need for external assistance to calculate costs with uncertainty analysis, typically P50 and P85, in relation to expansion of public infrastructure. It will primarily be grey-blue-green initiatives, such as roads, pedestrian areas and pedestrian tracts, hiking trails, squares, parks and footbridges, streams and over water solutions that shall be cost calculated. There may also be circumstances where cost calculations for infrastructure initiatives under the creek are desired, for example other water and drainage solutions and initiatives such as moving of power pipelines. The only exception will be cost calculations in connection with the erection and rehabilitation of public buildings and/or installations that are included as part of the assignments.
