Framework agreement for cleaning services at Stavanger Town Hall.
Initiation of the agreement is Week 32 — 2018.
The requested cleaning services include daily cleaning and periodical window cleaning. The assignments are further described in the Cleaning manual.
A contract shall be signed with 1 (one) tenderer.
The tenderer is encourage to participate in the information meeting and in any joint site inspection at the building site, see the tender invitation point 1.5 about information for the time of the site inspection/information meeting.

The objective of the agreement is to connect with a company with good competence and sufficient capacity.
To carry out cleaning and window cleaning.
In the current agreement, per March 2018, Statsbygg [the Directorate of Public Construction and Property] has hired 2 cleaners who have shared one position of 85%.
Statsbygg has currently own cleaners and shall function as a cleaning manager. The cleaners will have specific areas. In addition, the Directorate of Public Construction and Property requires the cleaners to cover temporary staff needs for daily cleaning.
