The framework agreement shall apply for all of the directorate of public construction and property, and during consultancy assignments for other government land owners, in the geographical area. The Property Department c/o the section for procurement and disposal manages the framework agreement.

The framework agreement shall apply to the at any given time owned buildings that are managed, operated and maintained by Statsbygg [the Directorate of Public Construction and Property] in the geographical contract area stated in point 1.1. The properties that shall be sold are, for example, office and business buildings, educational buildings and development property. Some of the properties are sold with existing lease contracts.

The tenderer is expected to be provide at least one of the offered persons within 2 weeks of the call off date. This is based on the offered persons being the consultants who shall provide advice. Tenderers shall respond to the call off within 3 business days.

The Directorate of Construction and Property will also use brokers for consultancy services related to the purchase and sale of properties, including market analysis and strategic appraisals.

Varighet: 24 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

The framework agreements will be signed for a period of 2 years with the Directorate of Public Construction and Property retaining the right to extend the contract for a further 2 years, 1 year at a time.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Qualification Requirement: Tenderers are required to be credit worthy and have sufficient financial implementation ability. The extent of the turnover will also be emphasised.

Documentation requirement: the Directorate of Public Construction and Property will carry out a credit rating of tenderers. Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

1) Tenderers are required to have experience from previous relevant assignments.

Documentation requirement:

up to ten reference project during the last three years with provision of the property and address, contracting authority, the contracting authority’s contact information, valuation and sale sum, and a description of the implementation of the assignment.

The Directorate of Public Construction and Property reserves the right to contact the contracting authority’s contact person.

Overview of the number of persons who the tenderer has at disposal to carry out broker assignments and the number of employees in the company.

2) The tenderer is required to have good capacity to implement the service.
