The Norwegian Public Roads Administration would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the next National Transport Plan. The framework agreement will apply for analyses and reviews that span several departments for the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, the Railway Directorate, the Norwegian Coastal Administration and Avinor for assignments under NOK 350 000 including VAT. A dynamic procurement system will be established for assignments above NOK 350 000 including VAT. The framework agreement will therefore only apply to assignments that are estimated to be under this amount. There will be separate competitions for method development.
