Horten kommune

The contracting authority shall enter into framework agreements for architect and consultancy services. The agreement will include all of the municipal areas. The assignments will be different in relation to both assignment, size and complexity. Turnover per year varies.
Examples of possible projects are:
1) New construction, reconstruction and rehabilitation of:
(a) School buildings;
(b) Cultural buildings;
(c) Quay facilities;
(d) Swimming pools;
(e) Treatment plants;
(f) Ferry quays,
(g) Sheltered accommodations;
(h) Sports halls;
(i) Bridges;
2) Reviewing and regulation;
3) Individual projects under the area plans/municipal plan;
4) Water and sewage projects.
