KKEiendom wants to associate with the delivery of architect services. KKEiendom wants permanent collaborating partners who can, on short notice, assist with architect services for small and medium projects. The delivery includes providing architect services in accordance with specifications that are given in this document. The estimated annual Framework Agreement value is 1 000 000 NOK. This is not binding for the Contracting Authority. If possible, parallel Framework Agreements will be entered into with up to 3 suppliers, the Framework Agreement service providers will be ranked.

The tenderer shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Documentation:
— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate,
— Foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to comply with the contractual regulations.
Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Documentation:
Credit rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last know fiscal figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service,
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Offered architects shall have formal competence as architects/civil architects, this is a minimum requirement.
The company´s experience from relevant assignments in the last 5 years.
Relevant assignments means architect assignments for municipal/public buildings (schools, nursery schools, nursing homes, sheltered accommodation flats, office buildings etc.).
The company shall have sufficient implementation ability and capacity.
The company shall have good skills development for their employees.
The company shall demonstrate that they will achieve approval in enterprise classification 2 in accordance with the Planning and Building Act.
A good and well-functioning quality assurance system is required for the services that shall be provided.
Quality assurance during assignment execution.
