The purpose of the procurement is to cover the Contracting Authority's need for electrician services within heavy current and low current in accordance with requirements set in the tender documentation.
Low current means, for example, telephony, cabling systems for networks, fire alarms, emergency lighting, TV, monitoring and access systems.
The service includes electrician services such as minor renovation, modernisation, improvements and new installations including materials used, for the Contracting Authority’s entities. The contract extent is at all times dependent on the contracting authority's grants and need. Work solved by our resources is not part of the framework agreement.

Estimert totalverdi: 105 000 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:
The work will normally be carried out under the inspection and management of the Property Department.
The Property Department will always be a link between the tenderer and user. The contracting authority's ICT section is responsible for facilitating tele/data supply in municipal buildings and will, therefore, also procure services under this framework agreement.

The assignments include, amongst other things, (the list is not exhaustive):
— Service, maintenance, repairs, replacements or installations for heavy current,
— Alteration and expansion of el-distributors,
— Alarm transfers,
— Installation, welding and repair of fibre cabling, multi-modus and single-modus,
— Minor modernisation of automation for technical building installations,
— Assembly, alterations to and expansion of computer cabling networks,
— Marking components in accordance with the documentation,
— General troubleshooting
— Periodic inspections
— Low current installations
— Consultancy services for assignment assessments
The service and execution must be in accordance with the documents mentioned in the requirement specifications.
The contracting authority reserves the right to ask for a fixed price for assignments. The contracting authority also reserves the right not to use the framework agreement with the supplier for major work that is project related or that is carried out in a turnkey contract/general contract.

The annual amount for Ski municipality is approx. 15 000 hours and approx. 600 000 NOK in material.
The annual amount for Oppegård municipality is approx. 13 000 hours and approx. 2 300 000 NOK in material.
The contracting authority estimates the need will be for 10 — 16 electric fitters per day, but this will vary according to the number of assignments in the contract period and it is not binding for the contracting authority.
The estimated contract volume is 22 000 000 NOK — 30 000 000 NOK per annum.
The volumes are estimates based on statistics and obtained information. The consumption is dependent on the municipalities’ budget situation, activities and other frame factors. The estimated procurement requirement for the municipalities must be seen as a guideline and gives the right to purchase, but does not represent any obligation to purchase. The volume indication is only a guideline and does not obligate the contracting authority.
