Siva shall develop its business through a major digitalisation process, so that the entity is lifted up to a satisfactory level as regards what can be expected of companies that work with innovation today.
Since 2016 Siva has comprehensively worked internally to professionalise work processes, management and control. The overall aims of this digitalisation is to create increased goal achievement for Siva through updated, secure and efficient decision support, as well as documentation of achieved results.
Siva would like to optimise the use of internal resources by making work processes more efficient and developing systems and tools that can free-up resources for future development and professionalisation.
Siva SF is holding a restricted tender contest with negotiations. Siva aims to enter into a framework agreement with one (1) tenderer to cover its need for competent assistance within the IT for consultancy and development.

Siva SF is holding a restricted tender contest with negotiations. Siva aims to enter into a framework agreement with one (1) tenderer to cover its need for competent assistance within the IT for consultancy and development.

The objective of the framework agreement is to obtain access to experienced consultants with good competence and experience in the relevant areas. The consulting services will consist of both shorter and longer assignments and will be connected to assignments/services with varying complexity and scope.

The requested consulting services must cover proposals to the needs described in point 1.3.2 in the tender documentation:

1) Management tool, BI tool (A, B);

2) Data acquistition and structure (database, data warehouse) (C);

3) Interaction tool (customer management) (D);

4) Security and physical infrastructure (E);

We would like assistance with the following under all the points in the provisional vision:

— general IT consultancy services to cover the contracting authority´s needs (including any change in the provisional vision),

— competence in a type of tool that can cover the existing need,

— competence in electronic interaction, integrations, system development and implementation,

— competence in training and the adoption of new systems and tools adapted to different levels.
