Oslo kommune v/ Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF

Assignments in the Framework Agreement will involve checking automatic extinguishing systems in accordance with the Insurance Companies Approval Committee's guidelines (FG guidelines) for checking automatic extinguishing systems, edition FG-920:4. The companies must be certified in accordance with FG 910:2 for the entire Framework Agreement period. Inspectors who, on behalf of an inspection company, carry out inspections, must be certified within inspections in accordance with FG-900. NS-EN 12 845 with the FG guidelines will also apply to assignments in the Framework Agreement.
The Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property currently has approx. 51 school buildings that have automatic extinguishing systems of major or minor scope. New buildings can be added to this portfolio during the contract period.
The Framework Agreement will be valid for 1,5 years from the start of contract, with an option for an extension for 1 year + 1 year on the same terms. The start-up will be June/July 2018. A Framework Agreement will be awarded to 1 tenderer.
