The objective of the tender notice is to enter into a Framework Agreement with 1 tenderer for consultancy, system development and maintenance related to the Counties Committees' self-developed case processing system ProSak.
ProSak is the Counties Committees' core system and is used by all employees in all work processes for the professional subjects. The case processing of the professional subjects has very short statutory deadlines and it is therefore vital for the Counties Committees to have a reliable operation.
The Counties Committees' ProSak system is developed as a Windows application based on C#, WPF and MVVM (Model, View, ViewModel) patterns. The tenderers are asked to take into account a future development of other clients (Web, Sharepoint, mobiles, etc.) which must be reusable for parts of the code created for the Windows client. ProSak uses Microsoft SQL Server for the database functionality.

The tenderer is responsible for documenting the assignment’ relevance through their description.
