The products shall be used for securing evidence at the crime scene and laboratory examinations. The actual products will be used for recording, developing, searching and securing traces, as well as a description and documentation of evidence material and confiscation of objects. The procurement consists of the following sub-areas:
1) Rubber sheeting;
2) Material for securing traces;
3) Protective clothing.
The complete description of the procurement and delivery is given in contract documentation with annexes, as well as other information published through the tender management tool (KGV).

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirements:
— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
— Foreign companies: Verification showing that the company is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Documentation requirement:
Credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service. If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the Contracting Authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the Contracting Authority deems suitable.

Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
A: The tenderer shall have experience from comparable assignments.
B: The tenderer shall have a good and well-functioning quality assurance and management system for the services that shall be provided.
C: The tenderer shall have an environmental management system.
Documentation requirement:
A: Description of up to 5 of the tenderer’s most relevant/comparable assignments during the last 3 years. The assignment description must include a specification of the assignment value, assignment length and the recipient (name, phone number and email address.). The tenderer is responsible for documenting the assignment’ relevance through their description. Tenderers may do this by including documentation on the competence of the personnel that can be used for this project, including experience that has been acquired while the personnel was in the service of another employer.

B: Documentation requirement: Tenderers must submit documentation of their quality assurance and management system. The following documentation will be accepted: Certificates for the company’s quality assurance/quality management system issued by independent bodies confirming that the tenderer meets the quality assurance standards according to ISO 9001 or equivalent, or a description that, as a minimum, comprises the company’s procedures/routines for: Deviation and claims management, authorisation of sub-suppliers, also including a description of the tenderer´s follow-up of sub-suppliers/manufacturers and requirements for sub-suppliers/manufacturers' quality assurance systems, the process from reception and registration of orders up until delivery to the customer has occurred, ongoing quality control from reception control to end control of the finished product.

C: Tenderers must submit documentation of their environment management system. The following documentation will be accepted: Valid attestations/certificates issued by independent bodies (e.g. ISO 14001, EMAS, Eco Lighthouse or equivalent) or a description of the tenderer’s own environment management system. As a minimum, the description shall contain relevant information equivalent to the content in the certification schemes shown above. This is also to include a description of the tenderer´s follow-up of sub-suppliers/manufacturers and the requirements for sub-suppliers/manufacturers´ environment systems.
