This applies to fire extinguishing installations (high pressure water mist, low pressure water mist, sprinkler installations), fire alarm installations, burglar alarm, CCTV, electrical systems, lightning and earth electrode, alarm transmissions.
The assignment is for technical and organisational follow-up of the operation and maintenance of technical installations and organisational schemes connected to fire safety in stave churches. This assignment is referred to as a DV contract in everyday language, and the tenderer who signs a contract with the Directorate for Cultural Heritage will be referred to as the DV consultant. The Directorate for Cultural Heritage will enter into operational contracts, which will include inspections and service of technical installations for each stave church with different companies (hereafter called DV contractors) for the different installations.

The assignment therefore applies to technical follow-up of installations to ensure that the operational contracts´ assignments are carried out, and to indicate errors and shortcomings.
Tenderers (hereafter called DV consultants) will have, amongst other things, the following assignments (the list is not exhaustive):
— duty telephone;
— manage the information flow between the DV consultant and the person in charge/church owner, and between the DV consultant and the Directorate for Cultural Heritage;
— training local persons in charge at each church and contact with the local fire service;
— prepare and update routines for technical and organisational safety, so that they meet the requirements in the regulations and Directorate for Cultural Heritage´s requirements;
— inspection function for external operation and maintenance and repair work carried out by DV contractors (actors who have signed contracts with the Directorate for Cultural Heritage for servicing alarms, video sprinklers, etc.), as well as annual condition reports;

— notify the Directorate for Cultural Heritage immediately in the event of a malfunction in the technical or organisational safety;
— submitting reports to the Directorate for Cultural Heritage´s MOM web;
— propose “new” measures to meet the current safety requirements and regulations;
— option: Safety planning on a concept level/detailed level, as agreed with the Directorate for Cultural Heritage;
— option: Manage any upgrade work as agreed with the Directorate for Cultural Heritage.

The Framework Agreement will first be for 4 years, but it can be extended for 2+2 years, so that the total possible length is 8 years.

New safety installations could be planned on a concept level/detailed level during the contract period, as well as the management of upgrade work.
