Lot A:
Courses for health care buildings in risk classification 6, which include:
— first aid courses related to fire protection in accordance with internal and organisational instructions,
— evacuation with focus on the unit’s fire instructions/internal routines, including evaluation,
— practical extinguishing training/alarm practices.
Courses for growth and education, cf. the regulations on Environmental Health in Nurseries and Schools § 15:
— fire protection course with practical extinguishing training and evacuation,
— first aid courses.
Lot B:
Courses for growth and education, cf. the Education Act's Regulations § 12-1:
— life saving courses.

Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
The tenderer's employees and any sub-suppliers directly involved in the implementation of the contract must have wage and working conditions that are not worse than what is stated in a universal tariff agreement. For areas covered by the regulations on a general tariff agreement, the supplier shall ensure that employees at the supplier and any sub-suppliers who directly contribute to fulfilling this contract have wage and work terms in accordance with the nationwide tariff agreement for the relevant business sector. Wage and working conditions are in this context defined as provisions on minimum working hours, wages, including overtime supplements, shift and rota supplements and inconvenience supplements and coverage of expenses for journeys, food and lodgings, to the degree that such provisions are included in the tariff agreement.
