Helse Midt-Norge RHF shall enter into framework agreements for eye products and implants. The classification, both as regards the sub-tenders and sub-categories, (the light blue cells in the price form), have only be set-up to give a better overview. All the product lines will be evaluated and awarded separately. A complete overview of the nature and extent included in the competition is in the requirement specifications (annex 2) and the price form (annex 3). The total extent for this procurement is estimated to be 7 500 000 NOK per annum excluding VAT. The contract will be valid for 2 years, with an option for an extension for a further 2 years, one year at a time. Underlying documentation and responses to a specific sub-tender must be added to the relevant lot in Mercell. This is very important for the award mechanism in Mercell.
