Removal and environmental clearance of polluted matter in the ground.
Permanent fences are to be established around the building before the demolition starts. Some building reinforcement must also be undertaken against Etterstadsletta and against the middle building before building E can be demolished.
The ramp and supporting wall against the road are also to be demolished.
