The Contracting Authority will facilitate the creation of a national centre dedicated to housing market research. The research centre shall have the objective of increasing knowledge about the housing market’s manner of operation and the relationship with the economy, and also to stimulate increased interest for the subject area through knowledge and network building and dissemination of research results.

— an overview of the most important deliveries that the tenderer has carried out during the last 3 years, together with information about the dates for delivery or execution and name of the recipient, and the value of the contract.

According to PPR § 14-2 (2), the Contracting Authority shall give supplementary information about the tender documentation at the latest 6 days before the tender deadline. In the case of supplementing the tender documentation, the Contracting Authority shall extend the tender deadline in accordance with PPR § 20-1 (3), cf. § 14-2 (3). The Contracting Authority has given supplementary information about the tender documentation later than 6 days before the deadline for participation in the competition. The Contracting Authority is thereby obligated to extend the deadline in line with the above named decisions. TED must be notified of changes to the deadline to deliver requests for participation in the competition three whole business days before the deadline expires. At this current time it is therefore not possible for the contracting authority to extend the deadline and the competition must therefore be cancelled. The competition will be announced again within a short time.
