Requirement:
The tenderer shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

— foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, trade register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Documentation:
— A credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service,
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement:
The tenderer shall have carried out at least three deliveries in the last three years with relevance to this assignment. ‘Relevant deliveries’ means economic research, either as assignment research or published scientific articles.
Documentation:
— An overview of the most important deliveries that the tenderer has carried out during the last three years, together with information about the dates for delivery or execution and name of the recipient, and the value of the contract.
Research competence.
— Information about the combined research competence that the tenderer prevails over, including education and professional qualifications. The tenderer can document research competence and experience by referring to the competence of the personnel he is charge of.
