Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

Documentation requirement: Company registration certificate

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement. A credit rating based on the most recent fiscal figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— Tenderers must have very good experience from comparable assignments.

A description of the tenderer's 3 most relevant assignments from the Norwegian municipality sector in the last 3 years. The assignments will include the service and performances that are

Requested by the contracting authority, cf. point 1.3.

The attached reference form must be used (Annex 3).

Replies must include a description of the assignment.

Tenderers must have sufficient implementation ability and capacity as regards purpose/content/result, as well as a statement of the assignment's value, date and recipient/reference (name, telephone number and email address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to document relevance through the description. Tenderers must have sufficient ability and capacity to fulfil the contract.

— Tenderers must have a good and well-functioning quality assurance system for the service and performances that are to be delivered.

A copy of a system certificate issued by an accredited certification body or equivalent documentation can be attached.
