The objective and scope of the contract:
This contract intends to ensure that the contracting authority, in accordance with the current laws and regulations, achieves a cost-efficient and rational procurement of equipment for patient rooms in nursing homes and other institutions in Sarpsborg municipality. The Framework Agreement also applies for services and annual inspections of existing equipment and new equipment procured through this contract.
The Framework Agreement applies for the products and services listed in the price sheet and the Requirement Specifications, and closely related products/services. In instances where there can be doubt as to whether or not a product is “closely related” or not, the Contracting Authority's contract officer will make the decision.
