Kort beskrivelse:
Vikran nursery school shall be demolished and a new nursery school shall be erected on the same site. Cadastral nº 50 title nº 57. Trondjord Barnehagen is being considered for temporary operation. It will be decided whether the nursery school shall replace the current building or erects a new building with new placement. Cadastral nº 78 title nº 2. It is most relevant to erect a new nursery school cadastral nº 78 title 2., and merge the sites so that parts of the current outdoor area can be used. A preliminary project shall be prepared and be included in the tender documentation for a turnkey contract.

Subject to political approval, the Builder shall have an option right to transfer the engineering design group to the turnkey contractor when the turnkey contractor is engaged. Relevant disciplines / functions are as follows:

— Consultant for electro (RIE),

— ITB-coordinator (ITB).
SHA Coordinator for the engineering design phase (KP). The group can, as needed, be supplemented with other disciplines. One person can have multiple functions in the engineering design group.
The responsible applicant shall prepare necessary documents for use in the building application. An other authority processing.

Vikran nursery school shall be demolished and a new nursery school shall be erected on the same site. Cadastral No. 50 title No. 57.
Trondjord Nursery School is being considered for temporary operation. A decision will be made as to whether the nursery school will replace the current building, or whether a it is constructed in a new location. Cadastral No. 78 title No. 2. We will most likely construct a new nursery school cadastral No. 78 title No. 2, and merge sites so that parts of the current outside areas can be used.

A preliminary project will be prepared, which must be part of the tender documentation for the turnkey contract.
Subject to political approval, the builder shall have an option to transfer the engineering design group to the turnkey contractor when the turnkey contractor is engaged.
