Stavanger kommune

The contracting authority would like, via this competition, to enter into a framework agreement for emptying of interceptors for sludge in Rennesøy and Stavanger municipalities, in accordance with the municipalities' obligations stated in the Pollution Control Act §§ 26, 30 and 34, on the collection of consumer waste, as well as other accompanying regulations.
Stavanger and Rennesøy municipalities' local regulations for water and sewage also include provisions on the municipalities and property owners' obligations regarding this.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
Finnøy municipality shall have an option to enter into this framework agreement when its existing framework agreements expire. The extent of this option would be up to approx. NOK 1 000 000. Such an option could be relevant in the period 5.2018 to 1.1.2020.
