Zones.
Zone 1: Viva IKS.
Zone 2: Asker municipality.
A further approx. 3 000 private installations will be included from 1.1.2019 in Asker municipality's scheme for emptying sludge from private installations. These installations are currently in Røyken and Hurum municipalities and are already included in the volume for zone 2.

Lots and alternative tenders.
Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed.
The contracting authority has considered splitting up the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable for this procurement.
Beskrivelse av fornyelser: 2 extensions, each for 12 months.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(ESPD: Part II A.e) Certificates for tax and VAT.
The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT.
(ESPD: Part IV B.58-3) Other economic and financial requirements: economic and financial position.
Requirements regarding the tenderer's economic and financial position: the financial capacity to fulfill the contract is required.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(ESPD: Part IV B.58-4) Requirements related to the tenderer's technical /professional qualifications.
Good experience from equivalent assignments /deliveries is required. This means assignments of a corresponding nature, complexity and a public contracting authority.
Tenderers must have sufficient capacity and competence, as well as suitable manpower to fulfill the assignment.
Tenderers shall have a satisfactory quality assurance system.
