The plants comprise interceptors for sludge (septic tanks), sealed tanks, miniature treatment plants, etc. Dewatering on the vehicles is not allowed. Interceptors for sludge connected to the municipal sewerage system are not included in the competition.
The procurement comprises emptying and transport to approved reception for all sewage systems with less than 50 pe. The emptying scheme is voluntary for tanks that do not have a water connection (privies, incinerator toilets etc.).

The procurement comprises emptying and transport to approved reception for all sewage systems with less than 50 pe. The emptying scheme is voluntary for tanks that do not have a water connection (privies, incinerator toilets etc.).
The procurement also includes a simple check of any faults at the installations related to emptying, and reporting to the contracting authority.

Zones/Groups
Tender offers may be submitted for one or more zones. Sub-tenders cannot be submitted within the individual zones.
Zone division:
Zone 1: Nye Drammen kommune (municipality);
Zone 2: Krødsherad kommune (municipality);
Zone 3: Modum kommune (municipality);
Zone 4: Øvre Eiker kommune (municipality);
Zone 5: Lier kommune (municipality).
Option 1: Zone 6: Sande kommune (municipality) As of 1.1.2020, the municipalities of Sande shall merge with Holmestrand. The contracting authority aims to get the necessary clarifications as to whether Sande municipality shall participate in this procurement within the expiry of the tender deadline.

Option 2: Flushing/service of suction wells for all zones.
The Contracting Authority will enter into a contract with one (1)/multiple tenderers. The Contracting Authority retains the right to divide the contract between multiple tenderers and assume all or parts of a tender offer.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

The tenderer shall have settled conditions in relation to payment of taxes and VAT.
(ESPD: Part IV B.58-3) Other economic and financial requirements: Economic and financial position.
Requirements regarding the tenderer´s economic and financial position: The financial capacity to fulfil the contract is required.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(ESPD: Part IV B.58-4) Requirements related to the tenderer's technical/professional qualifications.
The tenderer must have good experience from equivalent assignments/deliveries is required. This means assignments of the same nature and scope, for a public contracting authority.
Tenderers must have sufficient capacity and competence, as well as suitable manpower to fulfil the assignment.
Tenderers shall have a satisfactory quality assurance system.
The tenderer shall have satisfactory procedures in place to carry out the assignment in an environmentally responsible manner.
