The contracting authority has approx. 230 units who will use the contract, but the largest users will be the Electrical Group in Trondheim Property. In addition, the Maintenance Group in Trondheim Property and Trondheim City Operations will be major users of the contract. The contracting authority´s electricians and operational personnel need quick access to the requested electrical material from stores or shops in Trondheim or the surrounding area, so that they can carry out their assignments efficiently. The contracting authority requests that tenderers attach an overview of their stock and standard delivery times for articles in the tender that are not in stock.

The majority of the turnover will be trade in shops, but the contracting authority intends to increase the percentage of e-commerce orders in the contract period.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser: The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for 1 + 1 year.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Registered in a trade register or company register.
Tenderers must be registered in a company register or trade register in the member state where the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member countries can be required to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
The Contracting Authority requires that the tenderer's wages and working conditions are in accordance with generally applicable wage agreements or nationwide wage agreements for the appropriate area covered by the contract. Wage and working conditions are in this context defined as provisions on minimum working hours, wages, including overtime supplements, shift and rota supplements and inconvenience supplements and coverage of expenses for journeys, food and lodgings, to the degree that such provisions are in the tariff agreement.
