Bergen municipality, the Development Agency, invites tenderers to a qualification of participants for a restricted tender contest for a collaboration contract with incitement in the project H0570 Åsane nursing home.
The overall aim of the procurement is to develop and construct a nursing home, based on a close collaboration between the contractor and the relevant disciplines, both as regards the development and optimisation of the specifications and engineering design services and in the actual construction. The aim is to build a nursing home that covers the municipality´s and users´ needs, which is of good quality with modern systems/materials and which at the same time is constructed within the current cost limits and construction period.

The contracting authority would like to prepare a preliminary project in collaboration with the chosen contractor, amongst other things in order to ensure the best possible use of competence, good systems and pleased customers. This phase shall try to optimise the project as regards quality, solutions and cost. At the end of the preliminary phase the parties will agree on the completion date, etc. for the execution phase.

A nursing home shall be developed, engineered and constructed with 100 beds (divided between 10 resident groups) and the accompanying access and outside areas, as stated in the room programme and function description from 10.2016, which is based on a feasibility study from 4.2015. A decision has been made that the 'Klygnetun alternative' shall form the basis for the further work on the project. The room programme shows a net function area of approx. 6 000 m

The nursing home shall:

— -Be constructed with wood as the main construction material,

— -Be constructed as a Passive House,

— -Be constructed as BREEAM-NOR min. level Very Good, aim for level Excellent.

The project shall be carried out as a collaboration project with open book and incitement.

Varighet: 36 måneder
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

When the new Åsane nursing home is ready, the residents from the existing Midtbygda nursing home shall be transferred to the new building and Midtbygda shall go through a total renovation/alteration. This will be a separate project that will be announced at a later date.

The 2 nursing homes shall be built together with a connecting corridor and stairway/lift for the existing nursing home. The 2 nursing homes will then have a joint reception and main entrance in Midtbygda. It must be possible to have a connection point for the connecting corridor in the new nursing home.

Prices are wanted for the engineering design services for and construction of the connecting corridor and stairway/lift between the two buildings.
