Bergen municipality, c/o the Agency for Urban Environment, needs consultancy services for work on land contracts. There is a need for assistance with entering into contracts with private and public landowners for various infrastructure measures in Bergen municipality in the period 2018-2022. The Agency for Urban Environment has a broad spectrum of assignments and constructs public infrastructure such as roads, urban areas, pavements, playgrounds and squares. A lot of this future development shall occur on private and public land (not municipal) and we need to negotiate amicable contracts with landowners.
