EEA 051-2018 — Procurement of Software for Supplier Follow-Up in Vulnerable Branches — Qualification

Bergen kommune

Bergen municipality, c/o the agency for development, would like to procure a software system for the collection and processing of data related to supplier follow-up in vulnerable branches. This will typically consist of the collection of data from clocking in/out of construction sites and checking data against public registers such as the register of business enterprises.
The offered system must be a cloud based web system with access via modern web browsers.
The procurement will be made on behalf of the participants in the large town network under the management of the Norsk Kommunalteknisk forening. In addition to Bergen municipality, the procurement will also apply for Trondheim, Sandnes, Stavanger, Kristiansand, Tromsø, Bærum and Drammen municipalities.
The contract that will apply for the procurement will be based on SSA-L (2017) — the government's standard contract for continuing service procurements.
