Bergen municipality, collaborating partners and affiliated municipalities intend to enter into a Framework Agreement with a tenderer for the procurement and delivery of wood and construction materials.
The contract will mainly be used by the municipality's internal trade services. The Contracting Authority requires that the tenderer, possibly sub-suppliers, have a sales outlet and stores in Bergen municipality during the contract period.
Bergen municipality is, in addition, acting for the following Contracting Authorities:
— Bergen Church Council,
— Askøy municipality,
— Fjell municipality,
— Lindås municipality,
— Masfjorden municipality,
— Modalen municipality,
— Radøy municipality.
Bergen municipality has started to use the market place ehandel.no for call-offs on the product spectrum included in this Framework Agreement. The tenderer must make his electronic catalogues available in the Contracting Authority's e-commerce system within 30 days of the contract being signed.
