Bergen kommune

Bergen municipality would like to have a better overview of its licences for software used in the municipality. A central aspect of this is to be able to optimise licence management and distribute costs to the different units based on actual use.
In order to achieve this aim, the municipality would like to procure an electronic tool that can help map and give an overview of software that is in use with the accompanying licences. Such software is often called “Software Asset Management” (SAM).
In addition, the municipality would simultaneously like to procure consultancy services for implementing the tool and contributing to the above-mentioned aims being reached.

The contractual relationship will most likely also be based on SSA-V (the maintenance contract) and SSA-B (the Assistance Contract). Appendices to the latter will be prepared as part of the negotiations with the selected tenderers.
