Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

The contract will be valid for 3 (three) years from the start-up date. The contract will then be renewed automatically for 1 (one) year at a time, unless 3 (three) months notice is given by the contracting authority before the renewal date. The tenderer has the option to terminate the contract 12 (twelve) months prior to the notification of contract renewal.

1. Communiciation — efficient communication processes between different interested parties;

2. Planning — a system for good utilisation of HRs in the organisation;

3. Planning — efficient systems that safeguard requirements related to the management of temporary staff;

4. Planning — efficient systems that safeguard the requirements for annual planning and timetable planning;

5. Digital students folders — good digital information flow for the child during childhood and youth;

6. Interdisciplinary co-operation — the establishment, access and preparation of materials with different access control requirements, as well as co-operation between different interested parties;

7. Adult education — digital support for special process in relation to the adult education services.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Requirement: Norwegian tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.

Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers: A Tax and VAT certificate from the tax authorities. The certificate shall not be older than 6 months from the deadline for requests to participate in the tender contest.

Requirement: Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.

Documentation requirement — Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre.

Foreign tenderers: Certificate for registration in the Register of Business Enterprises as prescribed in the legislation of the country in which the supplier is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement: the tenderer shall have the financial capacity to complete the assignment/contract, and the company is required to be creditworthy (requirement A).

Documentation: Asker municipality will obtain a rating itself from Bisnode CreditPro / CreditEasy.

If for valid reasons the tenderer is unable to submit the documentation as requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer may prove the economic and financial standing with any other document that the contracting authority is able to accept / finds suitable.

Companies without sufficient credit rating, newly started companies with a credit rating of AN, some individual foreign companies or companies without reporting obligation to the Brønnøysund Register Centre will not always be able to document that the requirement is met. In such cases the requirement for satisfactory credit rating can be complied with by presenting alternative documentation which must be included as a part of the tender.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement: Very good implementation ability is required.

Documentation requirement: Description of the tenderer's technical capacity and professional qualifications. A description is requested regarding the capacity of relevant entities at the supplier. With regard to qualifications, a brief overview of general relevant expertise at the tenderer is requested. The personnel proposed to the assignment shall not be specified, and CVs not submitted. An overview of the tenderer’s average annual workforce and number of employees in the management during the last 3 years.

Requirement: Relevant experience from similar assignments is required.

Documentation requirement: The tenderer's most important deliveries over the last 3 years, including a description of the assignment, its value, date and recipients.

Contact information for the client's reference person who can verify the information given.
