Documentation requirement: Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade index or register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.

As regards to any other economic and financial requirements stated in the tender notice or in the contract documents, the tenderer must substantiate that:

Minimum requirements for the qualification requirements

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement. Documentation requirement: Credit rating equivalent to score A (worthy of credit) or a higher score in accordance with the standard. The credit report shall be based on the last known accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with a licence to conduct this service. If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Only for public goods deliveries: The tenderer has, in the reference period, carried out the following important goods deliveries of the requested type, or the following important services of the requested type. The contracting authority can require up to three years experience and can take experience from the period before the last three years into consideration.

Minimum requirements for the qualification requirements

Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments. Documentation requirement: Description of the tenderer's 3 most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. The project description must include a specification of the contract value, date and recipient for obtaining a reference (name, phone and email.). The tenderer is responsible for documenting the relevance through the description.

Certificates issued by independent bodies for quality assurance standards.

Can tenderers present certificates issued by independent bodies as documentation that the tenderer fulfils the specified quality standards, including the requirement for universal design?

Tenderers shall have a quality assurance system suitable for the delivery. Documentation requirement: A description of the tenderer's methods for quality assurance. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent quality assurance certification, it is sufficient to enclose a copy of the valid certificate ISO 9001 or equivalent quality assurance certificates cf. PPR § 16-7 (1), cf. (3)

Certificates issued by independent bodies for environmental management standards.

Is the tenderer in a position to submit certificates issued by independent bodies as documentation that the tenderer meets the specified environmental management systems or standards?

Tenderers shall have an environment management system suitable for the delivery. Documentation requirement: A description of the tenderer´s environment management system or environment management standards. If a tenderer has a certificate issued by independent bodies, e.g. ISO 14001 or EMAS, it is sufficient to enclose a copy of the valid certificates, cf. PPR § 16-7 (2), cf. (3).
