The National Public Roads Administration, region west, is in the process of improving E39 for the section Bjørset- Skei in Jølster municipality, Sogn og Fjordane County. The National Public Roads Administration is obliged to carry out noise reduction measures for the neighbouring properties with noise that exceeds the marginal values specified in the planning regulations for the project. Noise assessments and the preparation of neighbour reports are conducted by Multiconsult AS. External and internal facade measures, noise abatement measures, established of balanced ventilation, etc. shall be implemented.
The tender contest includes:
— Measures for 65 domestic buildings and 15 holiday homes.
— Measures for the facades for 58 units shall be implemented.
53 of the units includes measures for outdoor area. Balanced Ventilation shall be installed for 22 of the units The project is drawing based.
