Håneskrysset is located to the east of Kristiansand and Varoddbrua. The junction currently consists of an exit ramp towards Kristiansand and an access ramp towards Oslo.
Most of the work will consist of designing and constructing a new access ramp towards Kristiansand and a new exit ramp towards Oslo, a concrete bridge for an express cycle path bridge over the E18, as well as a roundabout built on two bridges.
The work will be carried out along and across the E18.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
Company Registration Certificate Foreign tenderers can submit an equivalent certificate in accordance with the legislation in the tenderer's country of establishment.
Tenderers shall have good economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract and shall fulfil the following requirements:
— An average annual turnover of minimum 100 million NOK in the last 3 financial years,
— Tenderers must have an equity ratio of at least 10 %.
Tenderers must have sufficient experience of a relevant nature and degree of difficulty from the following works:
1) The main disciplines in the assignment include: Concrete work on bridges and culverts, road construction and traffic flow, as well as engineering design services for the disciplines in question.
The contract must be sufficiently staffed and that the tenderer must have the capacity and ability to deal with unforeseen circumstances in the contract.
2) Technical and professional competency and relevant experience is required of the key personnel who will be used for this assignment.
