Kort beskrivelse:
The aim of the procurement´s is to meet NSB´s need for the procurement of drinking water in trains, both for on-board personnel and for customers in the overnight trains that operate on the following stretches:
— Oslo — Kristiansand — Stavanger — Oslo (the Sørland railway).
— Oslo — Bergen — Oslo (the Bergen railway).
— Oslo — Trondheim — Oslo (the Dovre railway).
— Trondheim — Bodø — Trondheim (the Nordland railway).
The procurement´s value/volume is estimated to be approx. 900 000 NOK units per annum. This is based on historical figures and it is not a binding estimate for the Contracting Authority.
An agreement will be entered into for 2 years with option for extension in 1+1 years. See the tender documentation and annexes for further details on the procurement.
Varighet: 24 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser: Option for an extension to the framework agreemnet for 1+1 year.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
— Option for a contract extension for 1+1 year,
— Option for a NSB label/private label on the drinking water bottle.

Qualification Requirement:
Tenderers must be a legally established company or group of such companies.
Documentation requirement:
Company Registration Certificate, or equivalent from tenderer´s home country.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Qualification Requirement:
The tenderer must have good solvency and also a financial capacity that is sufficient to execute the contract.
Documentation requirement:
A credit rating from an independent and publicly certified credit rating company.
The credit rating must not be more than 6 months old and based on the last known fiscal figures.
The credit rating must be a rating (including a credit rating, part judgement and historical rating).
Documentation must be connected to the entity via the Business Register Number, which shall be the potential contracting party for the tender, as well as any other resources that shall significantly assist in any delivery.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Qualification Requirement:
Tenderers must have a good quality assurance and management system.
Documentation requirement:
Certification in accordance with ISO 9000 or equivalent, possibly a statement of the company’s quality assurance and management system.
Tenderers must comply with NSB´s ethical requirements for suppliers, cf. Annex J.
Certificates must be presented if a tenderer is certified in accordance with SA-8000, or is a member of the Ethical Trading Initiative. Otherwise, Annex J will be part of the contract.
Qualification requirement:
Tenderers must work actively with their environmental profile and have routines/methods that ensure that the environmental requirements and criteria in the tender documentation are complied with throughout the contract period.
Description of environmental measures that have been implemented in the company, as well as planned measures.
A signed self-declaration on an environmental management system, cf. Annex M, or a copy of a valid certificate if the tenderer is certified in accordance with Miljøfyrtårn and/or ISO 14001 or EMAS.

Comparable deliveries means deliveries of an equivalent extent, content and complexity as that included in this enquiry.
Documentation requirement:
Tenderers are asked to describe a reference list of the most important deliveries or performed services in the last three years, including information on the value, date, customer and contact person with contact information.
