Design and build turnkey contract.
Fjaler Municipality will construct a new primary and secondary school, which is to be designed for 300 pupils split between years 1-10, and a total of 60 employees. The number of pupils in each year varies. The school will also have a before-and-after-school care department.
A multi-purpose hall is also to be constructed for volleyball/games. This will also function as a “community hall”.
New outside area (local environment installations), divided into zones for the different years. Necessary alterations and changes to various infrastructure in the area.
Establishment of any temporary premises for the school in the construction period for years 1-7 + before-and-after-school care, and for the administration and teachers.
Demolition and removal of existing buildings at Dingemoen.
It will be the tenderer's job to adapt the area, area composition and technical systems to the new building, including the date when the existing buildings are demolished.
