The competition concerns the procurement of digital safety technology for persons living at home, to the participating municipalities. This procurement includes stationary digital safety technology and mobile digital safety technology.
Also to be procured are support systems, service technician services and sensor technology that can be connected to the resident’s personal hub. Associated software for the various technologies as described above shall also be procured.
The municipalities have different response centre systems that the safety technology shall integrate with.
This procurement also concerns maintenance and upgrading of software and hardware. The participating municipalities will also need a service and support agreement, as well as the individual municipalities needing service technician services.
