The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with a tenderer who has broad experience and knowledge of the use of digital aids in schools and who can provide guidance and courses.

The procurement is for a service to Asker and Hurum municipalities and it includes an option for the provision of equivalent services for Røyken municipalities.

The assignment consists of adapting set-ups to individual schools that are included in the procurement which include the below points:

— increasing general competence of teachers in methodical use of technology in classrooms within defined subjects or topics,

— inreasing teachers´ competence in class management in technological environments,

— contributing to ensuring basic digital skills and competence in central tools in G-Suite for education, Chromebooks and necessary apps within defined subjects or topics,

— modelling didactic use of technology within some defined subjects.

The competence environment must be able to offer a combination of courses in groups, guidance in a team, guidance of individual teachers and participation in classroom teaching at each school.

Varighet: 12 måneder
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The contract will be valid from when it is signed until 1.6.2019, with an option for an extension once.

Or several times up to 2 years calculated from 1.6.2019, as well as an option for an expansion of the assignment's extent when municipalities are merged.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.

Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.

Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers shall have the economic capacity / provide assurance that the tenderer will be economically viable to fulfil the entire assignment/contract.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: The company is required to be credit worthy (also applies for sub-suppliers).
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have sufficient capacity to fulfil the contract.
