Development of Models Using Economic Incentives in the Introduction Programme and Training in Norwegian Language and Social Studies, with Options for (i) Piloting, and (ii) Conducting Systematic Trials
The objective of this assignment is to develop models using economic incentives that lead to better results in the Introduction Programme and training in Norwegian language and social studies. The incentives can be directed towards individuals, municipalities or organisations/social entrepreneurs/education and training institutions/other relevant actors. The incentives cannot be in the form of economic sanctions. The assignment must result in a final report.
