The objective of this assignment is to support three different goals, that can result in three different contracts:
1. to deliver bibliometric data from worldwide scientific publications to a national database (NIB) prepared for research, analysis and reporting with data adapted to Norwegian conditions;
2. A consortium agreement to provide access to a tool for bibliometric analysis based on worldwide coverage of scientific production, which makes it easy for Norwegian research institutes to carry out bibliometric analysis, benchmarking and reporting;
3. to support the national documentation system Cristin with bibliometric references to scientific publications that shall be imported to the system.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Supplier must have experience with similar contract performance / deliveries.
Description of up to 3 of their most relevant deliveries in the last 3 years. The description must include scope of delivery in monetary terms, time of delivery / performance and contractor referee (name, phone and email). It is the supplier’s responsibility to document the relevance of his experience. The supplier can document his experience by presenting competence of the personnel offered, even if this experience is acquired working for another company.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Delivery of data sample and trial to bibliometric tool.
The Supplier shall deliver a complete data set for the publication year 2014 and 2015 in the same format as the data delivery specified for NIB (e.g. XML and .dat).
The Supplier shall set up a trial for the bibliometric analytical tool valid until contract awarding. The trial shall be available for 10 anonymous test persons.
