Norske tog AS is responsible for the delivery of critical components to the traffic operators who win the different railway transport services awarded by the Directorate of Railways. By giving traffic operators access to critical components at the start of the Rail Passenger Service operation, Norske tog AS will facilitate a smooth start-up for the traffic operator. Critical components is a ready prepared list that consists of components that are seen as particularly relevant for implementing the different Rail Passenger Service operations for component access and delivery time.
