Tenderers shall have sufficient experience with assignments of a corresponding nature and degree of difficulty.
NPRA and other builders' experiences with the tenderer will be appraised implementation ability, i.e. manpower and capacity, as well as competence and experience of the key personnel will be assessed).
HSE: Tenderers must have a system for proactive compliance of health, safety and the working environment.
