Requirement:
The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

Requirement:
The tenderer shall have sufficient financial capacity to implement the framework agreement. This bullet point will be subject to assessment of turnover, annual results, as well as key figures in the balance sheet.

The Company’s most recent Annual Financial Statements.
The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain credit appraisals as a supplement to the evaluation of the tenderer’s economic and financial capacity.

Good experience from comparable assignments is required for the main categories 1 and 2.
For category 1 and 2, comparable assignments means consultancy assignments in all of the competence areas in the requirement specification from organisations of a certain size and complexity.
