Aim of the project.
The primary aim of the project is to strengthen our competence and capacity in the areas of SharePoint, Office365, Azure, SQLserver, .net, C#, ReportingServices and Power BI.
The Norwegian Petroleum Safety Authority wants to use this notice to enter into a consultant agreement for assistance with the development of SharePoint, Office 365 and Azure. The assignment will be carried out in cooperation with the Norwegian Petroleum Safety Authority’s system development environment. The engaged party shall also contribute to competence development for the system development environment internally in the Norwegian Petroleum Safety Authority.

1 year with anticipated start middle of August 2018 with an option to extend for 1 year + 1 year + 1 year.
Description of the assignment.
The consultant shall assist the Norwegian Petroleum Safety Authority with competence and capacity for the stated areas which our system portfolio builds on. It is important that the resources offered have solid work experience with, and preferably certification in several of these products/components. It is an advantage to be part of a strong professional Microsoft product environment.

Cooperation form.
The work shall primarily be carried out in the Norwegian Petroleum Safety Authority’s premises in Stavanger in cooperation with the Norwegian Petroleum Safety Authority’s system development environment.
As it is time consuming to become familiar with the Norwegian Petroleum Safety Authority’s systems and work processes, the assignment should not be spread amongst too many consultants.
Deliveries.
The following applies for all deliveries:
— source code checked in the Norwegian Petroleum Safety Authority's source management system,
— all source codes shall be documented.
Economic limit:
There is a degree of uncertainty around the scope of the assignment. Initially the scope is anticipated to be up to 650 000 NOK excluding VAT for 2018. Thereafter, the scope per year during the option periods can be approximately 1 000 000 NOK excluding VAT. This must be considered as a guide as the quantity of work will depend on internal processes and the ministry’s funding. The Norwegian Petroleum Safety Authority can therefore not be bound by a determined number of hours per year or in total.
