Contractor services related to archaeological registrations

Trøndelag Fylkeskommune

The county municipality is implementing a large number of archaeological registrations with the help of mechanical searches for shafts, cf. Point 4.2. An outside contractor is required for mechanical search pits with an excavator.
The Framework Agreement concerns the procurement of contractor services for such archaeological registrations. Due to practical and logistical reasons, the agreement is geographically limited to include 11 regions (see Point 1.6).
During 1 year, Trøndelag fylkeskommune carries out approximately 30-40 archaeological registrations with the help of excavators. Initially the developer has the opportunity to provide the excavator themselves. The competition therefore only applies in circumstances where the developer wants the country municipality to obtain the excavator.
