Kort beskrivelse:
NSB is searching for a partner for the next few years for the supply of design services. NSB requests a joint venture partner that can help us with providing high quality and customer-oriented solutions. The solutions shall also help us with appearing as a professional and overall company.

The tenderer must, in accordance with requirements and upon further agreement, provide support as a strategic sparring partner.
The tenderer shall, through support, actively contribute to further implementation of NSB's always prevailing profile and new interfaces, in the most cost-effective manner.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 30 000 000 NOK 💰
Varighet: 24 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser: 1 year + 1 year.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner: Option for extending the contract for 1 year + 1 year.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer must have submitted their assignments and paid their taxes and duties.
Documentation:
Norwegian companies must document:
1) Tax certificate for Norwegian tenderers;
2) VAT certificate.
The certificate must not be more than 6 months old from the deadline for submitting the application. Any arrears or other irregularities must be justified.
If a tenderer is planning to use sub-suppliers, tax certificates must also be provided for them.
The requirement for paid taxes and duties for foreign tenderers must be equivalent to the requirements set.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer must have good solvency and also a financial capacity that is sufficient to execute the contract.
Documentation:
Credit rating from independent credit rating company.
Documentation must be connected to the entity via the Business Register Number, which shall be the potential contracting party for the tender, as well as any other resources that shall significantly assist in any delivery.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall have good competence and experience from the requested service areas.
Good competence and experience are in this context defined as assignments of an equivalent extent, content and complexity as that included in this enquiry.
The tenderer must substantiate the capacity to manage workload to a customer of equivalent size to NSB.
Documentation:
An organisation plan and a competence matrix for the 5 following competence areas: (NB: not CVs).
Tenderers must comply with NSB´s ethical requirements for suppliers, cf. Annex J.

Good competence and experience are in this context defined as assignments of an equivalent extent, content and complexity as that included in this enquiry.

The tenderer is asked to describe:
The competence development of own employees/consultants/advisers.
Tenderers are asked to describe a reference list of the most important deliveries or performed services in the last 3 years, including information on the value, date, customer and contact person with contact information.
The tenderer shall use Annex N-1: Reply form experience.
The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the references.
The tenderer must substantiate the capacity to manage workload to a customer of equivalent size to NSB.
