Avinor AS, org.nr 985 198 292, (the Contracting Authority), invites tenderers to a competition for the procurement of a consultant group for the construction of a new airport in Bodø.
The contract will firstly apply for the engineering design services for the execution/preparation of the draft project, but after the contract Avinor will have options to order engineering design services for the:
(1) preliminary project;
(2) detailed engineering design services; and
(3) follow-up in the construction period.
The preliminary project, detailed engineering design services and follow-up of the construction phase depend on positive decisions on the further development, in accordance with the Contracting Authority's project management model. The Contracting Authority will be free to take up the options or choose to hold a new competition.
The estimated value of the draft project is approx. NOK 10 000 000 — 15 000 000.
Estimated value for all phases, assuming that all the options are taken up (the entire contract): NOK 300 000 000 — 600 000 000.
